We pack your items with care and are keen to ensure that your items arrive safely.

Unfortunately, we cannot provide compensation for items that have been destroyed or lost during shipping.
Another package crushing your items is beyond our control.
Nevertheless, we try to prevent such things from happening.

Manufacturing defects and other serious defects are excluded from this policy.

- Has your T-shirt been peed on by one of our dogs^^?
- Did our dog eat the Cd before we could send it^^?

Contact us and we will refund some or all of your money, or send you a replacement CD (postage will have to be paid again).

You can also request a full refund for orders that have not yet been shipped.
